Each Bradley Bisquette lasts 20 minutes, so you use 3 per hour of smoking time, so a Pack of 48 gives you 16 hours smoking time, and a Pack of 120 Bisquettes gives you 40 hours of smoke.

Every 20 minutes the motor in the smoker will send a new bisquette down on to the burner automatically.

Cherry is one of the most versatile flavours, receommended for any food except Game and Nuts, which it does not pair well with.
